Freddy Alcántara is a Design and Product Leader with over 2 decades of experience in Design, Product, Strategy, and Research.
Throughout his career he’s helped and led multiple teams through the entire product development life cycle from vision and discover to delivery and maintenance. This includes working on both internal and consumer facing products and services in start-up environments, internal agencies, large scale media companies, top investment firms, and Fortune 50 companies.
His main objectives include helping his business partners achieve long-term success through early vision development and alignment, customer problem identification, and measurable business objectives definition, documentation, and tracking, while balancing idea viability, technical feasibility, and customer desire.
