We've all been there: the data you need to perform analysis or to put together a presentation lives in a database, and this will be the 20th time that you've had to bother the IT department or data engineers for an Excel export of the data. If only there were a simple, flexible, and quick way to get the data yourself....
SQL to the rescue!
SQL, or Structured Query Language, is a simple programming language that enables you to efficiently create, alter, request, and aggregate data. Databases are ubiquitous in today's digital world, and SQL is your key to interacting with the valuable data inside them. Come and learn the basics of databases and how SQL can fit into your workflow, and practice basic SQL with live activities.
