About this class

Learn tricks to design a multi-million dollar game at this class taught by Ben Berman, a lead game developer of two titles at the LA startup Scopely.

This class will focus on conceptual work and requires no programming experience. By the end, you'll have a "paper prototype" that helps you figure out if you have something fun—the most important part of game design.

These techniques are the basis of making the top-grossing, $1 million-a-day revenue apps in the Apple App Store.

Takeaways

  • Learn how to build a paper prototype, or a physical, playable version of your game—no programming required
  • Learn how to design your game to a specific audience
  • Learn how to build around fun and making money
  • Learn how to communicate with artists, testers, and investors

Prereqs & Preparation
