About this workshop series

Whether you have experience in programming or are looking to get started for the first time, this two-part bootcamp will put you on the fast track to honing your python and data analysis skills. Over the course of the class you’ll get hands-on programming experience in Python that you'll be able to immediately apply in the real world.
You'll learn the end-to-end data science process, covering the fundamentals of Python and several tools used in data science.

Part 2 Model Building - Machine Learning Algorithms - Build Predictive Model - Evaluate Model Performance
Students must bring a laptop with a text editor and Anaconda pre-installed.

Prereqs & Preparation
Students must bring a laptop with the following pre-installed and ready-to-go:
- a text editor (Sublime Text is recommended and has a free trial version at www.sublimetext.com/
- Anaconda (a package that includes python and a number of tools that will be used in class). Download for free from continuum.io/downloads
