What is the Digital Divide? One important—yet often overlooked—facet of poverty is one’s distance from technology. Our jobs as technology leaders are to open eyes, open minds, and open hearts—and to bring the best and brightest of the tech community to better connect digitally divided communities to the vast advantages of technology. It’s one thing to teach a man to fish—we aspire to increase their reach with nets, boats, and GPS fish trackers. And all while building sustainable solutions that can be shared by the community.
