Related to our all-too-familar friend, Imposter Syndrome, procrastination and perfectionism require self-awareness and self-reflection to combat. In this workshop, we’ll explore the cycle of Imposter Syndrome, unpack the 10 reasons that lead to your procrastination/perfectionist tendencies, and learn effective strategies to break the habit.
