This mini Yoga session is designed to slot right into your morning, giving you the chance to go through a basic Vinyasa flow from the comfort of your home. That's right, you don't even have to change out of your jammies and you can breath as loudly as you like whilst you get your stretch on. This class is for all levels and abilities, all you need to do is hit attend.
