About this class

Do you have an accomplishment you want to complete but can’t manage to make the time to actually work on? You just haven’t gotten around to it yet or haven’t even started to really think how you would start? Maybe you want to change careers, find a partner, or make time to work out. Your new years resolutions are strong and relevant, but you don’t know how to make time for, and stick to them. Take this class to learn more about setting measurable, realistic goals and how to create a plan to actually achieve them.

● This workshop helps attendees identify goals that they want to achieve, sometimes re-prioritizing what they think they want

● Attendees will identify one goal to focus on and understand the reasons why that goal should take their primary attention

● Individuals will brainstorm and write down the steps they need to take to achieve their goal and

● Participants will walk away with a specific goal, a specific plan for how to achieve the goal, and how they plan to hold themselves accountable for the goal.
