3D printing is rapidly changing how we think about design and fabricate objects in multiple professions. This introductory class will teach the basics of how 3D printers work and what they are used for. The class will cover the 3D printing process from design through printing out tangible part.Your instructor will briefly introduce the history of manufacturing and 3D design before demonstrating the 3D printing in action. Students will have an opportunity to interact with 3D printers and see upclose how they work.
