From Burnout to Conscious Collaboration | Salt Lake City

About this event series

2021 was a record year for folks quitting their jobs. Facing burnout, negative work environments, poor culture fit, and an overwhelming work load, people are searching for meaningful work that empowers them to maintain good mental health and financial stability.

This series, co-hosted by Empathy in Tech and General Assembly, will provide an outlet for those grappling with the difficult questions surrounding a career change. We will hear from leaders in their fields about how to evaluate a company’s culture, determine how you can make positive changes where you are, find your boundaries for when it is time to make an exit, and how to promote conscious collaboration with your new colleagues.

More information on the events and how to register are coming soon.
