How can you find a meaningful role amidst an economic recession?
How can you do what you love and get paid for it?
This interactive transformational workshop will provide you with practical tools, case stories and emotional support to find a fulfilling role.
The first half of the workshop will help you develop the foundation of your personal brand to develop a description for the roles you want to pursue and stand out amidst a highly competitive job market. The second half will focus on how to pitch your story to potential employers, partners and influencers -- and how to develop a personal development roadmap and community support strategy to stay resilient and transform your goals into reality.
Melissa Andrada is a Creative Strategist, Leadership Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Motivational Speaker who first found one of her many dream jobs as a brand strategist at Wolff Olins, a highly respected creative consultancy in New York City amidst the 2008 recession. Years later she convinced a CEO to hire her as a Head of Product when she’d never run a product team before and got promoted to Chief Operations Officer, helping raise $1.9 million of VC funding and hiring and building a startup from the ground up.
