About this class

Designed for product mangers, business owners and professionals who want to understand how to plan and budget their capital requirements, this class will provide students with planning tools to anticipate and manage their company's finances. Understand the basic anatomy of a financial model and learn how to create one which will become an essential part of your business' planning.

The majority of the session will be dedicated to creating a practical example from end to end. We will examine a simple business and learn how to craft its story, identify its business levers, and create simple projections.

Equipped with the working knowledge to execute projections, budgeting and forecasting, students will also take away templates to apply to their projects and business.
