About this workshop

The workshop will be hands-on using three tools to explore the entrepreneur’s idea and to develop the shortest path to launch by drawing on the instructor’s 20+ years of business experience as an entrepreneur and general manager working with marketers, sales people, engineers, lawyers and accountants.

Jim Collins’s “Hedgehog Concept” will be used to help you identify your personal and business “Why?” Then a simple but powerful business plan framework (Value Proposition, Delivery System, and Profit Model) will help you flesh out your idea and make a Go/No Go decision. Finally, you will draft a work plan (GANTT chart) and identify next steps to launch your business.
