Imagine yourself on a TED stage. The room is silent, all eyes and ears are on you, and everyone is waiting in eager anticipation to hear your inspirational story. How does that make you feel? Most likely, you’re getting anxiety just reading that last sentence.
It’s alright. Public speaking is the most common form of anxiety as there are an abundance of psychological and physiological factors at play every time you step in front of an audience, and this course will give you the foundational tools you need to both understand those factors as well as overcome them.
