About this workshop

Delivering a phenomenal user experience (UX) is all about connecting with your user and deducing exactly what they want and need.

In this workshop, we'll look at the User Experience Design process, with a specific focus on developing interview skills to gain user empathy. Through interactive activities, you will leave with the skills needed to conduct a user interview and synthesize the results into user behaviors, needs, and values through empathy mapping. This workshop is great for any skill level and background.
