About this class

While each industry and company has nuances, being an effective and successful manager requires a specific set of skills that you can identify, acquire and practice. These skills are different than the skills you used as a member of that team. As a manager, there is the added dynamic of being a leader of your team while simultaneously being a member of your manager’s team. Being a manager has many challenges.
