Some of the Melbourne’s most talented digital #LeadingLadies share their journey of career success, their obstacles along the way, how they overcame them and advice they can generously give others.
The very first #LeadingLadies event has been curated for the new wave of digital graduates entering the industry. A key concern is that a lot of GA Grad's (and talent entering the workforce in general) have a pre-misconception about what they can earn in their first year of work across various sectors of digital/design/data/research vs reality.
We’re hoping to provide a no bullshit panel discussion with real data about what you can expect to earn in your first 1-5 years (agency and client side). The panel will also talk CV's: what's good and bad and how to put your best version of yourself forward.
