The Michelin Guide is a hotel and restaurant reference booklet documenting the world's most prestigious establishments. On October 13, 2016, Michelin will release a listing of restaurants in Washington, D.C. that have earned one, two, or three Michelin Stars (Washington Post). Michelin reviewers have been discretely sampling the DC food scene for over a year in anticipation for the release of the guide.
