About this workshop

This workshop demystifies the buzz around metrics, analytics, and data. For every digital product, there are strategic level key performance metrics (KPI) that management has to monitor. On the tactical level, product design decisions should be data driven if you are to understand what your users are actually doing and what they want. This workshop will demonstrate how to make actionable design decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data from free to use products like Optimizely, Google Analytics, usertesting.com, and more.

Often times, there is excessive data and reporting; this class shows you how you don’t need masses of numbers to find the data to improve your designs. It will demonstrate how to use tools for streamlined analytics tracking and reporting to make your design decisions systematically data driven throughout the product development process.
