This workshop is an opportunity to tackle the challenge of creating a more human facing and friendlier voice and tone for industries that are traditionally more serious (e.g. financial institutions or healthcare). In small groups, we will tackle different examples and share how they could be rewritten. We will provide examples, but if anyone would like to submit their own example please reach out to us!
