Entrepreneurs, small business owners, sales professionals, and career changers can all benefit from a greater knowledge of business development. In this class, you’ll receive an overview of the business development cycle, from outreach to developing and formalizing partnerships. You’ll learn how to build and manage a business development pipeline, establish what makes a good business development rep and team, and gain an understanding of how business development in technology is different from other industries. We’ll focus on the scope of technology companies and learn how to establish quality partnerships within the industry.
