Chatbot marketing is predicted to be on the rise in 2019. More and more people are using Facebook Messenger as their main method of communication with friends, family, and even businesses.

This 2-hour session will walk you through the basic setup steps of getting your very first Facebook Messenger Chatbot set up, communicating, and messaging with customers. Your chatbot will have the ability to greet your website visitors and guide them around your site!

Additionally, we’ll discuss ways useful ways to have your bot follow up with customers, and even collect useful information from your customers such as phone number or emails.

The best parking structure to use is at 350 E. 2nd Street. It is directly next door (to the right) of our building. The cost is $2.00/15 min ($10 max), $5.00 flat rate after 4pm.

Prereqs & Preparation

As this class is for beginners, you do not need to have previous chatbot building experience! However in order to participate in the class and build your first bot, you will need a Facebook Business Page/Account to which you can connect your chatbot.
