*** This is a pre-recorded session***
Even as Connecticut faces job losses due to COVID-19, the prospects for data- and tech-enabled jobs are strong.
This is why General Assembly, through Connecticut’s Tech Talent initiative, wants to invest in you. Take the first steps toward learning new skills in high-growth career tracks — such as software engineering and data science — through this exclusive training opportunity at General Assembly (GA).
GA’s virtual full-time programs are partially subsidized — saving you over $4,000 on tuition — by the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development for eligible Connecticut residents who register through this site. This is not a loan or income share agreement, so eligible participants are not expected to repay the subsidy amount.
Download and play a pre-recorded info session to learn more about General Assembly, financing options and more.
Moira Smith joined General Assembly (GA) in 2017 and is currently the Program Manager for GA’s community reskilling initiatives, working closely with companies, governments, and non-profits to train and support students through GA’s design, data, and coding programs. She is an avid believer in the power of education to change lives and prior to her current position worked directly with students as an admissions producer on the Denver campus.
Outside of GA Moira enjoys cooking & eating, pop music, and long walks (on the beach and otherwise).
Your registration for or attendance at any General Assembly offering indicates your agreement to abide by this Community Code of Conduct policy and its terms.
