About this class

You need to attract customers and investors quickly. You’re busy and bootstrapping it.

In a world where attention, time and money are limited resources, how can you focus to get people to care?

One solution: A compelling brand story. In other words, a creative strategic tool that can help you focus your work, craft specific messaging to different audiences and ultimately help your business make money.

In this workshop, you'll be guided on how to craft a story that articulates why your company matters, what you do and how you’re different and special. You will get an insider’s peek into some of the thinking and tools behind Wolff Olins. You will learn from two tried-and-tested tools and case stories (not studies) based on nearly 50 years of working with some of the most successful startups and organisations in the world, including Google, Skype, and 2012 Olympics.

Takeaways

  • Know what makes a strong brand
  • Understand how to create a brand story that helps you focus and stand out
  • Learn how to bring your brand story to life across your business
  • Arm yourself with a practical kit of two useful tried-and-tested tools

Prereqs & Preparation

Really this workshop is about you. There will be a bit of practical theory, but you’ll spend most of the session rolling up your sleeves, crafting and refining your story and getting feedback from other entrepreneurs and startups in the room.

Please bring a notepad and pens.
