You might already know this - we spend 90% of our time on mobile devices (emails, messenger platforms, games, etc.) The transition from Apps to Messenger platforms are happening right in front of us, rapidly. Most communication & commerce will inevitably happen in Messenger platforms via Chatbots.

This talk will encompass about 40 minutes of information on what chatbots are, when they are useful, how you can go about building one and a real case study of a local startup that pivoted into an entirely chatbot focused solution for this customers.

We'll then open the floor for Q&A but we'll check in throughout the talk for questions and audience perspective. This is a meaty topic. We're just looking to wet your interest appetite for the possibilities that chatbot technology holds.
