Join us for a fireside chat with guest speakers Sarah Green Carmichael & Dr. David Smith, moderated by Nirva Fereshetian, WITI Boston Alliance Chair. Learn about the importance of male allies in Sarah's personal journey. What does it mean to be a male ally? Understand the role that male allies can have in championing women through Dr. David Smith's research. We'll also hear from McKinsey Boston Partner Megan Ann Greenfield, PhD who will present McKinsey's "Women in the Workplace 2019 report".
