Creativity. Something that comes so innately as children tends to be something we fear as adults. What is it that happens that we believe creativity is a rare gift held by a special few? And if this is true, is the gift of creativity given to us by nature or nurture? Could anyone one of us train to be a writer, painter or musician, or should these skills and tasks be left for the 'creative types'?
In this interactive workshop, A—SPACE guide, Jo Lippold, will explore the many myths surrounding creativity and how meditation can enable us to build the creative confidence, curiosity, and motivation needed to not only discover our creative potential, but create the conditions to grow it.
