Without content, a website only has interactions and buttons. A visitor has no idea what you have to offer her to complete her goals. Content strategy is the plan on what type of content your site will have to attract visitors, the content that will guide the user experience on your site, and the workflows and responsibilities related to that content. Ideally, this strategy begins before the dev cycle of a digital platform so that the front end of the site is tightly aligned with the backend.
