About This Workshop
AI agents are everywhere right now—but not every workflow needs one. This hands-on, instructor-led workshop is designed for professionals who want to understand where AI agents can realistically support work, and how to identify a strong use case for an AI agent without technical expertise. In this three-hour session, you’ll learn what an AI agent is (and isn’t), then follow a structured process to analyze workflows, define goals, and evaluate whether an agent-based approach makes sense—using free versions of ChatGPT or other large language models.
Workshop agenda
**AI Agent Fundamentals** + Learn what AI agents are, what they’re best suited for, and how to avoid misusing them. **Hands-on Part I: Problem Identification & Workflow Analysis** + Identify a potential workflow from your own experience that might benefit from an AI agent, then break it down to understand its structure, friction points, and decision boundaries. **Hands-on Part II: Evaluation & Use Case Definition** +Evaluate whether your workflow is a good fit for AI agent support, then build and articulate a clear, defensible use case.Takeaways
