Have you already taken Negotiation Workshop and want to develop your skills even more? Do you feel you have some experience with negotiating, but want to take it to the next level?
Learn how to negotiate at an advanced level in 4 hands-on sessions taught by a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School who was an instructor at the renowned Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.
In Advanced Negotiation Workshop, students will go beyond what is taught in the typical introductory Negotiation Workshop class. In addition to a conventional negotiation simulation, students will learn how to negotiate in a sales context, how to negotiate a salary, and how to negotiate in a group setting.
Getting good at negotiating requires practice, more than anything else. In this fun and extremely practical class, students have the benefit of going through 4 live simulated negotiations with a practice partner, along with debriefings and best practices. Students will learn how to deal with difficult people, deploy and parry hard bargaining tactics, and introspectively explore why they have certain tendencies in negotiations. There isn’t a skill that is arguably more important in the workplace than negotiating skill. It can affect your performance on the job, your happiness at work, the amount of money you make, and even whether or not you get the job in the first place! We hope to see you in class!
