HOW IT WORKS

During a three-week sprint, clients are assigned a team of UX design students who will use research and discovery to improve your digital product. As a client, you’ll receive implementable deliverables to hand off to your team — and the students get to apply their skills to a real business problem.

YOUR COMMITMENT AS A CLIENT

As a client, you’ll attend an initial in-person kick-off meeting, as well as a one-hour final presentation meeting where you’ll see the team’s finished work. You’ll also need to maintain communication throughout the three-week sprint for a minimum of five hours every week.

To ensure a successful project, you’ll also need to provide:

  • Existing metrics and analytics
  • Design files
  • Applicable assets (style guides, fonts, etc.)
  • Access to the site, product, and/or feature in development
  • A representative sample of customers willing to take part in user interviews and usability tests
  • Consent for our designers to showcase project deliverables on their online portfolios
