Dr. Zay Satchu is Chief Veterinary Officer and Co-Founder of Bond Vet, a pet health company with technology-enabled urgent and routine care veterinary clinics opening across NYC.

Dr. Zay Satchu has spent nearly two decades working in the animal health sector. An animal lover from an early age, Zay has worked in veterinary clinic environments, with cats and dogs, horses, wildlife, and even at a specialty falcon hospital in Dubai. She quickly recognized that the industry she loved was in need of support — and that the team members who worked tirelessly were often put in difficult situations that led to burnout and compassion fatigue.

In addition to being an animal lover, Zay is a strong proponent of positive workplace environments. As co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer, she hopes to push the veterinary industry towards a more sustainable path. Bond Vet’s clinics boast fashion, function, and technology all in one.
