Yonca is a connector and community builder with extensive experience in strategy and startup acceleration. She's the co-founder of Impact Shakers, an impact accelerator studio, with which she's building programs focused on positive impact all over the world. She's also building an educational online platform helping employers to install a learning culture and navigate the future of work.
The past years she helped the Belgian and European tech startup ecosystem evolve and guided many startups on their first steps abroad. She built out Watt Factory, a smart city hub in Ghent, Belgium, with an in-house acceleration program.
She is the curator of TEDxGhent and the Startup Digest Reading List on Impact Entrepreneurship. Currently living in the Bay Area, she’s passionate about science fiction and how imagination can work as a catalyst for a better world.
