Yolanda is the founder and CEO at Uncommon, a private, group coaching community for female leaders aimed at transforming the future of work for all.

She is passionate about creating safe spaces for everyone to thrive in and making the workplace more human.

Prior to founding Uncommon as a private dinner series in 2019, Yolanda worked across 10 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and APAC building tech unicorns such as Uber, Deliveroo and Rocket Internet. Throughout her experiences in building cross-cultural teams and companies, she built up her passion for people development, lifelong learning and diversity and inclusion. She chaired Deliveroo's global diversity task force and served on Accelerating Asia's Gender Advisory Committee.
