Yolanda has been cultivating her love of food and technology for years spanning across continents and companies.

Her early career included launching and leading the team for the Rocket Internet startup Hellofood (foodpanda in Asian markets) in West Africa and working on Regional Partnerships for Uber in Sub-Saharan Africa.

After 3 years on the African continent, Yolanda expanded her experience to Asia where she leads new the expansion of new products for the British startup Deliveroo. She is currently working on a number of restaurant-facing projects and is passionate about the developments in the food-delivery landscape.

Yolanda holds a Masters Degree from the University of Oxford in development studies and loves recipe testing in her tiny kitchen at home. She is also committed to women’s empowerment in the workplace and is a mentor to members of the Singapore community.
