YiDing Yu, MD, is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Twiage, an advanced platform that accelerates life-saving care for emergency patients. A published researcher and 40 Under 40 Healthcare Innovator, Dr. Yu founded Twiage to replace outdated radio systems used by ambulances and hospitals. Twiage is now used by 911 first responders and hospitals across the country to accelerate life-saving care, and has been recognized by top innovation prizes by the American Heart Association and the American Medical Association for its ground-breaking technology. Prior to Twiage, Dr. Yu was Chief Innovation Engineer of Atrius Health, the largest not-for-profit multispecialty practice in the Northeast. A practicing physician, YiDing is the recipient of numerous awards and her work has been featured in the Washington Post, Fast Company, and the Boston Globe.
