    asmeen is the Founder of Modern Product, a product marketing consulting advisory firm, author of Product Marketing Debunked, and Editor of the publication The Product Launch: Go-to-Market & Product Marketing Tips, where’s she written over 50 articles on Product Marketing with over 100K views. She is the host of the video series "The Essential Go To Market: Tips and Strategies" produced by Sharebird.

    Yasmeen has taken over 200 software products & features to market across various growth stages from seed stage to series d & IPO.

    She's consulted with 25+ CEOs and founders in B2B and B2C across a variety of verticals, from Adobe to Life360 to SocialChorus to Republic to CryptoKitties to Mode Analytics, Caption Health, IBM and many more.

    Yasmeen currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors of TechWadi (a 501c3 non-profit org dedicated to creating technology programs between the USA and the greater Middle East) and has spent a number of hours mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs on product marketing globally, winning TechWadi's "Mentor of the Year" in 2016.

    She's led workshops for IBM, Harvard Extension School, and presented and mentored at Business France's IMPACT team, the Netherlands's Startup Delta team and the MIT Enterprise Forum.

    She formerly taught a Product Marketing Bootcamp at General Assembly, was a former Go-To-Market mentor at Founders Institute, and now offers her own 4 week workshop on go to market.

    Some of her other writing includes fantasy drama, and her screenplay "A Star in the Desert" which she co-produced won "best child actor" at the Beirut International Childrens Festival, and was a finalist for Best Drama at the Hollywood Blvd Film Festival.

    She is the host of the podcast "Gateways to Awakening" produced by Hakawati, where she interviews leading experts in wellness, personal development, and higher consciousness.

    She holds a B.S. from Cornell University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School and has completed a number of writing programs.

    Her book "Product Marketing Debunked. The Essential Go-To-Market Guide" is now available on Amazon, and has sold close to 10K copies.

    She is a guest lecturer at the Berkeley Haas school.
