Currently, Yana is serving the role of Director of UX Strategy & Design with Table Xi, a tech consultancy here in Chicago, where she is leading product design on client engagements along with building the design practice. She is primarily working on building the design team and working on integrating a centered mindset to project approach and execution across the organisation so that project teams produce the best outcomes for clients.
