Xina began her career working on public health campaigns, where she was a vital part of developing and launching a national health campaign entitled "A Healthy Baby Begins with You." As an expert on social media brand engagement, Xina’s company has achieved great success in all areas of the public relations arena. They have worked with numerous and diverse clients such as Digital DC, a national marketing campaign and economic initiative to increase the visibility of Washington, D.C. as a leading community in the innovation and high-tech economy; Blogalicious, a blogging community that celebrates diversity in digital media; Ford Motor Company Fund, a nonprofit arm of Ford Motor Company that creates community outreach service programs; Alexandria Convention & Visitors Association to highlight the African-American sites in the city of Alexandria; and Booz Allen Hamilton, a management and technology company.

Xina has her Masters in Health Administration and Bachelors in Communications, both from the University of Michigan. In her spare time, Xina is an avid runner and enjoys traveling to and experiencing new places.
