Xavi Lozano Segarra
Web Developer
Before becoming a full-stack web developer, Xavi taught himself how to create front-end websites including Blogger, Tumblr and Wordpress blogs, e-commerce platforms, and Bootstrap single-page websites. The goal was to unleash all the ideas in his head and make them come true. What started as a hobby became his profession after taking the Web Development Immersive course at General Assembly. His current skills include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery, NodeJS), scraping, Ruby on Rails and Ionic. What he enjoys the most about web development is to find a logic solution to any kind of problem, and to simplify the user's experience as much as possible.
Xavi holds a Master's degree in Architecture obtained at BarcelonaTech's school of architecture and has a passion for design which translates to beautiful and creative websites. On a personal level, he is a hardcore foodie and has traveled to more than forty countries around the world.
