Winston is a data scientist at Argo Digital, a startup-style group within commercial insurance carrier Argo Group. He previously taught data science at General Assembly, and launched the data science operations at Locus Analytics, a think-tank in New York developing novel tools for economic analysis. He has a BA in economics from Oxford University.
