Will is a sustainability advisor focussed on helping businesses identify opportunities and create value in the long term. He has a keen interest in innovation, and often ponders how disruptive and emerging technologies can be applied in sustainability to do more environmental and social good. He is also a strong advocate for "futures thinking", tools and frameworks that help businesses strategise, scan for and identify risks and opportunities in the long term future.

Although a native Hong Konger, Will has spent most of his career training as an accountant in London, which has played a major role in shaping his belief in the need for sustainable finance and investments. Since returning to Hong Kong, Will has facilitated sustainability learning programs for Earthwatch Institute, has worked with a number of local iconic brands as an advisor to The Purpose Business, and is an event organiser for Escape The City for Hong Kong.
