Will is a lead instructor for Data Analytics at General Assembly and has been teaching since 2017. He started his journey as a student of the very same course he is now teaching! He graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelors in Business Administration and began his career working for Target's distribution wing. From Target, Will went to work at a small food delivery start up catering to companies in the Bay Area.
His analytics career started with GA, where, after completing the Data Analytics course, he became an Analyst with a Fintech startup called Funding Circle where he focused on internal customer-centric team performance. He is currently working for Eventbrite, a SF based online Ticketing company, as a Revenue Ops Analyst. He focuses on Sales and Marketing performance reporting as well as future forecasting and modeling.
In his free time, he is a volunteer Scuba Diver at the Aquarium of the Bay on Pier 39 where he feeds the 7-Gill Sharks. He cycles everywhere in the city and has a goal to visit every craft brewery in the bay.
