After attending a Software Development Immersive several years ago, I began work as a full stack web developer for an e-commerce platform (working in the LAMP stack). My favorite projects were always the data migrations, reporting/visualization, and SQL query writing, which led me to pursue a formal data-focused education with GA. Since completing DSI I have served as the West Coast TA and SEA Local Lead instructor in addition to a few other contracts, including Gameplay Analysis on popular Trading Card Games for an Indie Game studio. Lately, I've been learning how to apply our DSI skills in a cyber-security context as I complete CompTIA certifications for Networking and Security concepts. I'm excited to be back in LA teaching DSI again.
