Walt is one of Atlanta's early dot-com CEO’s who successfully raised over $25MM of venture capital and grew his company nearly 2,000% from startup to scale in five years. He had a front-row seat to the rise of the Internet and has been a technology and marketing entrepreneur ever since.

He currently co-owns Atlanta based PictureU, North America’s largest independent provider of imaging technology and services for in-store Santa and Easter photo operations. In 2018 their technology and infrastructure supported nearly 2,000 seasonal associates who served 6 million consumers at over 150 retail locations throughout North America.

In 2018 he and his wife Sarah, along with his partner at PictureU, launched Santa’s Fantastical which quickly became seen all over Instagram and Facebook. In their inaugural year, they had customers come from 12 different countries and 44 different states. Their marketing strategy was almost exclusively Digital and Influencer accompanied by a strong PR push. They created an experience that was designed to turn their customers into brand ambassadors using Social as the tool.

As a venture capital-backed CEO, he has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Inc 500, Entrepreneur, Fortune Small Business, The Atlanta Journal, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, & other industry-specific trade publications. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia where he currently has two daughters attending. He and his wife Sarah live in Alpharetta where they enjoy exercising together and seeking out the best new restaurants in the area. He is a lifelong musician who plays the piano and guitar. They travel extensively but are already fast at work on Santa’s Fantastical 2019.
