Florian Vollmer is Chief Experience Officer and Principal at InReality, an Atlanta-based, in-store analytics and customer experience firm. Vollmer has spent over a decade in customer experience and service design, helping retailers and brands understand “why people buy”, decoding how technology impacts shopper behavior and translating shopper insight into meaningful, in-store experiences. On the impressive list of companies he's worked with, a few include, Tempur Sealy, Bridgestone Tire and The Home Depot. Vollmer is also a founding board member of the Retail Technology Society at Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and an educator at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he lectures on service design and design management at the graduate level.
