Vivienne Errington-Barnes was headhunted from an Investment Bank where she was running the Commercial department by the CEO of HER Social App. HER has over 3.2m users in over 55 countries and is the largest LGBTQ+ dating and social networking app for women in the world. Vivienne built the world’s largest LGBTQ+ events company for queer women under HER, running 120 events a year with 80k attendees across Europe, USA, Australia and Canada. She is now the Head of Business Development / COO and runs a team of 50.
