Viviana has ten years of experience in education/training, youth employment and workforce development policy research serving multilateral organizations such as the World Bank, UNESCO and UNICEF. She has worked with governments in more than 20 countries, using quantitative and qualitative data to inform the reform of national education/training systems, identify the impact of short-term training programs, and improve the management of public training providers. Viviana recently completed a data science bootcamp at General Assembly where she updated her data processing and analysis techniques. She is currently working at Generation, a non-profit dedicated to helping youth develop the skills they need to successfully join the labor force. She holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, bike riding, and spending time with her husband and son.
