She has extensive digital industry experience in various stages of the digital ecosystem and believes digital products and experiences play a pivotal role in facilitating and assisting customers reach their end goal. Whether it be providing a mortgage to a home buyer, helping a car buyer browse a digital showroom to buy their perfect car, sending a push notification to an online shopper on when their parcel will arrive to comprehensive health insurance comparisons to make an informed decision.
She recently started working at iSelect managing end to end digital experience of their most profitable iconic health insurance product. In her previous role she was a Digital Experience and Product Leader responsible for defining the strategy and digital roadmap for Australia Post. Her focus was on delivering best practice digital experiences by leading a UX, Producer and Design team with vision and executing with excellence.
Vira enjoys using her creativity and business acumen to deliver fully featured digital experiences as well as MVPs using lean methodologies and a practical approach to commercialisation.
