Vikki has spent the last 7 years helping build the HR function within Chicago StartUps. Prior to that, Vikki spent 10+ years at Randstad providing HR consultation to business leaders and teams across the Midwest. Vikki has a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelors in Education from DePaul University.
